In the December 7, 2005 issue of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Bulletin (CBP Bulletin) (Vol. 39, No. 50), CBP issued notices: (a) revoking one classification ruling on Yttria C, and (b) revoking one classification ruling on certain footwear without applied soles. CBP states that it is also revoking any treatment it has previously accorded to substantially identical transactions that are contrary to its position in these notices.
In the November 30, 2005 issue of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Bulletin (CBP Bulletin) (Vol. 39, No. 49), CBP issued a notice revoking one classification ruling on a network interface unit. CBP states that it is also revoking any treatment it has previously accorded to substantially identical transactions that are contrary to its position in this notice.

Effective February 10, 2005, the International Trade Administration (ITA) is revoking the antidumping (AD) duty order on certain cut-to-length carbon quality steel plate (CTL plate) from France, as the International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that revocation of this AD duty order would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) recently issued a notice advising Customs brokers that the Triennial Status Report and associated fee of $100 for each license held by a broker whether it may be an individual, partnership, association, or corporation, are due during the month of February 2006 (i.e. by February 28, 2006).
