AD: France Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon Quality Steel Plate

Effective February 10, 2005, the International Trade Administration (ITA) is revoking the antidumping (AD) duty order on certain cut-to-length carbon quality steel plate (CTL plate) from France, as the International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that revocation of this AD duty order would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time.

Antidumping Duty Order Revoked

The ITA states that it will notify U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to discontinue suspension of liquidation and collection of AD cash deposits on entries of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after February 10, 2005, the effective date of revocation of this AD duty order.

The ITA adds that it will complete any pending administrative reviews of this AD duty order and will conduct administrative reviews of subject merchandise entered prior to February 10, 2005, in response to appropriately filed requests for review.
