CBP has posted a summary of changes to the Automated Export System Trade Interface Requirements (AESTIR) that is effective August 17, 2010. Changes were made to Appendix U - HTS/Schedule B Classifications Requiring Used Vehicle Reporting.

CBP has issued a CSMS message stating that starting Friday, August 20, 2010 at 3:00 pm CST, all FDA Texas offices will experience a server outage until 9:00 am CST on Monday, August 23, 2010. In addition, the phone system in the FDA Dallas office will not be operational during this time.While the servers are unavailable, FDA's TX offices will not have access to entry information transmitted through ABI.
