The Commerce Department will in September 2020 begin automatic five-year sunset reviews to consider revoking the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on boltless steel shelving from China (A-570-018/C-570-019), and prestressed concrete steel wire strand from China (A-570-945/C-570-946), it said in a notice released Aug. 3. These orders will be revoked unless Commerce finds that revocation would lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in continuation or recurrence of material injury to a U.S. industry.
