FDA is revoking emergency use authorizations for certain protective barrier enclosures, as well as certain infusion pumps and infusion pump accessories, the agency said in a notice released Dec. 3.The revocations took effect for protective barrier enclosure EUA as of Aug. 20, and the revocation of the infusion pump EUA took effect Sept. 21, FDA said.
The Commerce Department is giving advance notice that in automatic five-year sunset reviews next month it will consider revoking the antidumping duty order on magnesia carbon bricks from China and Mexico (A-570-954, A-201-837), as well as the countervailing duty order on magnesia carbon bricks from China (C-570-955). These orders will be revoked unless Commerce finds that revocation would lead to dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in injury to U.S. industry, Commerce said in a notice released Dec. 1.
