The International Trade Administration initiated administrative reviews for certain firms subject to antidumping or countervailing duty orders with April anniversary dates. The ITA has also received a request to revoke in part two antidumping orders for one exporter each. The ITA intends to issue the final results of these reviews no later than March 31, 2013.

The International Trade Administration issued the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain activated carbon from China (A-570-904) for 11 companies. These preliminary results are not in effect. The ITA may modify them in the final results of this review and change the estimated AD cash deposit rate for this company.

The International Trade Administration and the International Trade Commission have each issued notices initiating five-year Sunset Reviews of the antidumping duty order activated carbon from China (A-570-904) (first sunset review).
The International Trade Administration is giving advance notice that it and the International Trade Commission will consider revoking the antidumping duty order on activated carbon from China (A-570-904) in their automatic five year sunset review of this order, which is scheduled to be initiated in March 2012.
