The Commerce Department will begin sunset reviews in June on the antidumping duty orders on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Mexico (A-201-830) and oil country tubular goods from India, Turkey, Vietnam and South Korea (A-533-857, A-489-816, A-552-817, A-580-870), as well as on the countervailing duty orders on oil country tubular goods from India and Turkey (C-533-858, C-489-817), it said in a correction to its advance notice of sunset reviews issued at the beginning of May (see 1904300169). The agency said it incorrectly listed the AD duty order on steel wire rod from Brazil twice, and left Mexico off the list. It also is moving up the sunset reviews on oil country tubular goods to coincide with reviews set to be initiated by the International Trade Commission. Commerce will still begin the other sunset reviews listed in the original notice in June. These orders will be revoked unless Commerce finds that revocation would lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in continuation or recurrence of material injury to a U.S. industry.
