In the May 20 Customs Bulletin (Vol. 54, No. 19), CBP published notices that propose to revoke rulings and similar treatment for wireless speakers.
The Commerce Department is giving advance notice that next month it will consider revoking the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from China (A-570-016/C-570-017), and the antidumping duty orders on hand trucks from China (A-570-891), in automatic five-year sunset reviews scheduled to begin in July 2020. These orders will be revoked unless Commerce finds that revocation would lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in continuation or recurrence of material injury to a U.S. industry.
The Commerce Department and the International Trade Commission began five-year sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on steel nails from Malaysia, Oman, South Korea, Vietnam and Taiwan (A-557-815, A-523-808, A-580-874, A-552-818, A-583-854), and the countervailing duty order on steel nails from Vietnam (C-552-819).
