The Commerce Department published notices in the Nov. 9 Federal Register on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):
The Commerce Department is terminating antidumping duties on chloropicrin from China (A-570-002). Domestic producers did not participate in the latest sunset review of the duties, resulting in revocation of the AD duty order, Commerce said in a notice released Nov. 6. The revocation takes effect for entries on or after Sept. 22, 2020. For entries on or after that date, Commerce will, 15 days after the notice is published in the Federal Register on Nov. 9, send instructions to CBP to terminate suspension of liquidation and refund any cash deposits collected. For entries before that date, suspension of liquidation, cash deposit requirements and final assessment of AD duties will remain in effect.
