The Commerce Department is set to exempt certain door stiles and rails from the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on hardwood plywood from China (A-570-051/C-570-052), but will not apply the revocation retroactively to AD/CV duties collected during its initial investigations, it said in a notice published April 6 announcing the preliminary results of a changed circumstances review.
