The Commerce Department is giving advance notice that in automatic five-year sunset reviews in August it will consider revoking the antidumping duty orders on hot-rolled steel flat products from Australia (A-602-809), Brazil (A-351-845), Japan (A-588-874), the Netherlands (A-421-813), South Korea (A-580-883), Turkey (A-489-826), the United Kingdom (A-412-825) and Russia (A-821-809), as well as the countervailing duty orders on hot-rolled steel flat products from Brazil (C-351-846) and South Korea (C-580-884) and the suspended antidumping duty investigation on lemon juice from Argentina (A-357-818). These orders will be revoked unless Commerce finds that revocation would lead to dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in injury to U.S. industry, Commerce said in a notice released July 30.
