The International Trade Administration has issued a notice revoking the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on fresh and chilled Atlantic salmon from Norway (A-403-801, C-403-802) effective as of February 13, 2011. This action is in response to the International Trade Commission's determination that revocation of the AD and CV orders would not be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. Entries of subject merchandise prior to February 13, 2012 will continue to be subject to suspension of liquidation and AD and/or CV duty deposit requirements.
