CBP received no comments on proposed ruling revocations and modification in the Aug. 15 bulletin (Vol. 46, No. 34), said a CBP spokesman. Comments were due Sept. 14 on the two notices proposing to revoke or modify rulings and similar treatment regarding the tariff classification of work footwear and reimported tires and cameras under harmonized tariff schedule subheading 9801.00.25 .

CBP received no comments on two proposed ruling revocations in the Aug. 1 bulletin (Vol. 46, No. 32), said a CBP spokesman. Comments were due Aug. 31 on the two notices proposing to revoke two rulings and similar treatment regarding the tariff classification of insulating mineral materials and Ultralube D-806, a polyethylene-based substance.
The International Trade Administration issued a notice revoking the antidumping duty order on ferrovanadium and nitrided vanadium from Russia (A-821-807) effective Oct. 13, 2011. Accordingly, the ITA will notify CBP to discontinue suspension of liquidation and collection of cash deposits on entries of the subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse on or after Oct. 13, 2011. The ITA will further instruct CBP to refund, with interest, any such cash deposits. Entries of subject merchandise prior to Oct. 13, 2011 will continue to be subject to suspension of liquidation and AD duty deposit requirements, and the ITA will complete any pending administrative reviews of this AD order.
