In the Sept. 29 Customs Bulletin (Vol. 55, No. 38), CBP published a proposal to revoke rulings on fleet telematics devices.
The Commerce Department is giving advance notice that in automatic five-year sunset reviews in November it will consider revoking the antidumping duty orders on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Mexico (A-201-838) and China (A-570-964), and circular welded carbon quality steel pipe from Oman (A-523-812), Pakistan (A-535-903) and the United Arab Emirates (A-520-807). These orders will be revoked unless Commerce finds that revocation would lead to dumping and the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would result in injury to U.S. industry, Commerce said in a notice released Oct. 1.
