CBP states that it is also proposing to revoke any treatment it has previously accorded to substantially identical transactions that are contrary to its position in these notices.

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of its antidumping (AD) duty changed circumstances reviews of the AD duty orders on industrial nitrocellulose (INC) from Brazil, China, France, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. As a result, the ITA is revoking the AD duty orders effective July 1, 2003 for Brazil, China, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and the United Kingdom and effective August 1, 2003 for France.
The Department of Transportation's (DOT's) National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued a final rule, effective September 30, 2004, to amend its regulations in 49 CFR Parts 591, 592, and 594 pertaining to the importation by registered importers (RIs) of motor vehicles that were not manufactured to comply with all applicable Federal motor vehicle safety, bumper, and theft prevention standards.
