The International Trade Commission (ITC) has issued a press release stating that on March 15, 2005, all six commissioners voted to revoke the existing antidumping (AD) duty order on frozen concentrated orange juice (FCOJ) from Brazil (A-351-605).

In the March 2, 2005 issue of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Bulletin (CBP Bulletin) (Vol. 39, No. 10), CBP issued a notice proposing to revoke a classification ruling on Protamine Sulfate. CBP states that it is also proposing to revoke any treatment it has previously accorded to substantially identical transactions that are contrary to its position in this notice.

In the February 16, 2005 issue of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Bulletin (CBP Bulletin) (Vol. 39, No. 8), CBP issued notices: (a) revoking or modifying four classification rulings on certain extruded polyethylene or polypropylene mesh or plastic, and (b) modifying a classification ruling on fruits and an herb preserved in acetic acid. CBP states that it is also revoking any treatment it has previously accorded to substantially identical transactions that are contrary to its position in these notices.

In the February 16, 2005 issue of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Bulletin (CBP Bulletin) (Vol. 39, No. 8), CBP issued notices: (a) revoking a classification ruling on tennis balls, and (b) revoking a classification ruling on men's short sleeve oversized nylon pullover garments. CBP states that it is also revoking any treatment it has previously accorded to substantially identical transactions that are contrary to its position in these notices.

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its final results of the changed circumstances review of the AD duty order on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products from Japan. In these final results, the ITA has determined to revoke in part the AD duty order on 24 separate bushing alloy-lined corrosion-resistant carbon steel coil products (24 bushing coil products) from Japan, effective February 1, 2005.
