CBP has posted Amendment 54 to the Customs and Trade Automated Interface Requirements document. New codes 2O, 2P, 2Q, 2R, 4O, 4P, 4Q, and 4R, which are related to the Importer Security Filing (ISF) program are added to Appendix N (Disposition Codes).

U.S. Customs and Border Protection is announcing the fiscal year 2011 tariff preference level quantities of certain knit and woven apparel articles that are eligible to receive duty-free treatment under the Haitian Hemispheric Opportunity through Partnership for Encouragement Act of 2008 (Haiti HOPE II), as amended by the Haiti Economic Lift Program Act of 2010 (Haiti HELP)1.

CBP has posted an updated version of its TRQ/TPL "threshold to fill" list, a quick reference to monitor TRQs and TPLs that are approaching their restraint limit or have filled their in-quota (low) rate. The list is divided into two sections: those that are at least 85% filled and those that are filled.
CBP has issued its weekly tariff rate quota and tariff preference level commodity report as of September 7, 2010.
