On December 16-17, 2010, the California Air Resources Board (ARB) states it will meet to discuss a rulemaking to amend (1) the regulation to reduce the diesel particulate matter, oxides of nitrogen and other pollutants from in-use on-road diesel-fueled vehicles, (2) the heavy duty greenhouse gas emission reduction measure, and (3) the regulation to control emissions from in-use on-road diesel-fueled heavy-duty drayage trucks at ports and intermodal rail yard facilities.
