The Office of Foreign Assets Control is publishing supplementary identifying information for one previously-designated individual, Urrego Escudero, Carlos Agustin in Colombia, whose property and interests in property continue to be blocked pursuant to the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act, who was originally designated on May 6, 2010.

The Federal Trade Commission is holding a public Roundtable Discussion with officials from FTC and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development on a new OECD publication: Consumer Policy Toolkit designed to help government policy makers around the world who strive to protect and empower consumers in an increasingly complex global marketplace. The Roundtable will be held on July 21, 2010 in Washington, D.C. The Consumer Policy Toolkit outlines a comprehensive six-step process for choosing the best consumer protection policies, and describes a range of policy tools that government officials can use to address consumer problems, drawn from the experiences of more than 20 countries. The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has issued a proposed rule to amend the Hazardous Materials Regulations to incorporate provisions contained in certain widely used or long-standing cargo tank special permits that are granted to multiple parties and have an established safety record. Comments are due by August 20, 2010.
