ITC Considering Revocation of AD/CVD Orders on Indonesian Coated Paper
The International Trade Commission seeks public comments as it considers whether to begin a review to determine if antidumping and countervailing duties on coated paper suitable for high quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses from Indonesia should remain in place.

The changed circumstances review, requested by Indonesian producers Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills and Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, would consider whether revocation of the AD/CVD orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury.
In their request, Pindo Deli and Indah Kiat said there have been structural changes in the Indonesian industry since the ITC’s original injury determination. They said the Indonesian coated paper industry has permanently reduced capacity and shifted away from exports to home market sales.
Comments are due by March 4.
