CBP created Harmonized System Update 2518 on May 13 and HSU 2519 on May 14. HSU 2518 contains 79 Automated Broker Interface records and 23 Harmonized Tariff Schedule records. HSU 2519 contains 1 ABI record and 1 HTS record.

HSU 2518 includes adjustments to subheadings 9903.01.25 and 9903.01.63 related to the recent executive order lowering reciprocal tariff rates on China; modifications required by the verification of the 2025 Harmonized Tariff Schedule; and partner governmnet agency updates. HSU 2519 includes a correction to reciprocal tariff 9903.01.63.
In support of the PGA Message Set, an FDA tariff flag was updated from FD3 to FD1 for HTS 0301.11.0090 (live ornamental fish; freshwater; other) and for HTS 0511.91.0010 (fertilized fish eggs).
