2nd Release of de Minimis Threshold Deployment Now Fully in ACE Cert for Testing, CBP Says

The second release of the Section 321 -- Does Not Exceed $800 in Aggregated Shipments deployment is now fully available in the ACE certification environment for testing, CBP said in an Aug. 20 update.

"Release 2 will implement in ACE a validation to enforce the $800 daily aggregated value threshold for de minimis shipments. Updates to Cargo Release and Truck Manifest were deployed to CERT on July 25," CBP said. "Updates to Multi-Modal Manifest were deployed on August 14, including Express Consignment Carriers transmitting express house airway bills with Entry Type 86 (within the CED line) processed under the provisions of 19 CFR Part 128."
