USTR Asks for Comments on China and Russia WTO Compliance

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is requesting comments on how China and Russia are complying with their World Trade Organization commitments, including in its import regulation, export regulation, subsidies, non-tariff barriers, intellectual property rights enforcement, rule of law issues, and trade facilitation, or other issues.

The deadline to submit comments on China, or a request to testify at a Sept. 24 public hearing, is the end of the day Sept. 10. Submissions should be made at regulations.gov, using docket number USTR-2024-0012. For Russia, comments and requests to testify at an Oct. 10 hearing are due Sept. 18 at regulations.gov, docket number USTR-2024-0011.
