The House approved the Upholding the Dayton Peace Agreement Through Sanctions Act by a 365-30 vote in March (see 2403190069). Wagner said she is "grateful for those sanctions against Dodik." O'Brien said that getting the EU to follow suit with sanctions could be difficult due to the need to achieve consensus among its members.
