The production of class discovery must occur by July 31, said the order. Gamez alleges that Redbox engaged in Florida Telephone Solicitation Act wrongdoing by phoning consumers to promote its goods and services “without having secured prior express written consent,” as the FTSA requires (see 2307060003).
