The plaintiff was never a Fastwyre customer, though during fall 2023 she considered using its services, it said. Soon thereafter, she began receiving the company's telemarketing calls and text messages, it said. Between fall 2023 and May 13, when the last call arrived, Veres received more than 200 Fastwyre telemarketing calls and text messages, her complaint states. Veres sent the company multiple messages demanding that the communications cease, but to no avail, it said.
