The dismissal is subject to the right of any party within 60 days to submit a stipulated form of final order or move to vacate the dismissal for good cause, said the order. Surrency’s complaint alleged that AT&T, Equifax and the NCTUE were “plainly deficient” in their investigations of Surrency’s credit reporting dispute over identity theft (see 2310160035).
