Public Hearings on Promoting Supply Chain Resilience Scheduled in May

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is hosting two additional in-person hearings on how to promote U.S. supply chain resilience through trade negotiations or enforcement and one virtual hearing.

Timely, relevant coverage of court proceedings and agency rulings involving tariffs, classification, valuation, origin and antidumping and countervailing duties. The in-person hearings will be May 14, in St. Paul, Minnesota, and May 28, in New York City; the virtual public hearing is May 23 at 10 a.m. Requests to appear and summaries of planned testimony may be filed at regulations.gov, docket number USTR-2024- 0002. They are due by April 24. These hearings follow a May 2 hearing at the International Trade Commission. USTR is only allowing testimony at one hearing; notices to appear must designate which hearing is requested.
