Public Hearings on Promoting Supply Chain Resilience Scheduled in May
The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is hosting two additional in-person hearings on how to promote U.S. supply chain resilience through trade negotiations or enforcement and one virtual hearing.

The in-person hearings will be May 14, in St. Paul, Minnesota, and May 28, in New York City; the virtual public hearing is May 23 at 10 a.m. Requests to appear and summaries of planned testimony may be filed at regulations.gov, docket number USTR-2024- 0002. They are due by April 24. These hearings follow a May 2 hearing at the International Trade Commission. USTR is only allowing testimony at one hearing; notices to appear must designate which hearing is requested.
