Douglas Dynamics, L.L.C., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its cable assemblies of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 8544.42.9090 were improperly assessed Section 301 duties since the country of origin is Vietnam and not China. # 24-00047. Filed Feb. 20.

Hoshine Silicon (Jia Xing) Industry Co., Ltd., challenging CBP's rejection of its petition for a modification of a withhold release order on the company. # 24-00048. Filed Feb. 20.

Huhtamaki, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its clamshell containers of molded bamboo pulp of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 9903.88.02, dutiable at 25%, should be classified under subheading 9903.88.67, free of duty. # 24-00050. Filed Feb. 23.
