Seybold, a former Charter sales executive, alleges he was terminated for exposing Charter’s unlawful "cooking the books," in violation of the whistleblower protections in the 2002 Sarbanes-Oxley Act (see 2304040022). Charter maintains Seybold was terminated for his long record of unprofessional conduct.
