Bryant didn’t give Accuquote or DMS his prior express written consent to receive the calls, said the complaint. Bryant and all members of the class have been harmed by the acts of the defendants “because their privacy has been violated, they were annoyed and harassed, and, in some instances, they were charged for incoming calls,” it said. The calls occupied their cellphone lines, “rendering them unavailable for legitimate communication,” it said.
