Molloy for Montana in Missoula wants to hear witness testimony at the Oct. 12 motion hearing on the requested injunction, said their joint motion Tuesday (docket 9:23-cv-00056). “Absent direction” from the judge that witness testimony would assist the court, “the parties have stipulated that only argument from counsel will be presented,” said the motion.
