A. Finkl & Sons, Ellwood City Forge Company, Ellwood Quality Steels Company and Ellwood National Steel Company, challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's first administrative review of the antidumping duty order on forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy, covering entries in 2020-21. #23-00191. Filed Sept. 13.

Printing Textiles, LLC, dba Berger Textiles, challenging the Commerce Department's final scope ruling finding that canvas banner matisse from China falls within the scope of the antidumping duty order on artist canvas from China. #23-00192. Filed Sept. 14.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Sept. 11-17:

China Manufacturers Alliance, LLC, and Double Coin Holdings Ltd., challenging a July CIT opinion sustaining the Commerce Department's decision to assign Double Coin the 105.31% China-wide dumping rate in a review of the antidumping duty order on off-the-road tires from China. #23-2391.
