Comcast’s broadband gateways (see 2305300045), said the judge’s signed order Monday (docket 1:23-cv-04436). MaxLinear committed to continue supplying the chips for Comcast's broadband gateways, but only through Aug. 16, in return for Comcast's agreement to withdraw its motion for a temporary restraining order.
