Baroque Timber Industries (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. and Riverside Plywood Corporation, challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the 10th administrative review of the countervailing duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China, covering entries in 2020. # 23-00136. Filed June 30.

Baker Hughes Pressure Control LP, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its steel parts of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 7326.90.8588, dutiable at 2.9%, should be classified under subheadings 8481.90.9085 and 8431.43.4000, free of duty. # 23-00137. Filed June 30.

Motorcar Parts of America, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its starters and alternators of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 8511.50.0000 and 8511.40.0000, dutiable at 2.5%, qualify for duty-free treatment under subheadings 9801.00.20 and 9801.00.10. # 23-00139. Filed July 7.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the weeks of June 26 - July 2 and July 3-9:

Nature's Touch Frozen Foods (West) Inc., challenging a May CIT decision granting in part and denying in part CBP's preferred classification of frozen fruit mixtures. # 23-2093. Opened June 29.

Corinth Pipeworks Pipe Industry SA, CPW America Co., challenging an April CIT decision upholding the Commerce Department's remand results in a case on the first administrative review of the antidumping duty order on large diameter welded pipe from Greece. # 23-2094. Opened June 29.

Bioparques de Occidente, S.A. de C.V., Agricola La Primavera, S.A. de C.V., and Kaliroy Fresh LLC, challenging a May CIT decision affirming the Federal Circuit's dismissal of one count of their case challenging the Commerce Department's decision to resume an antidumping duty investigation on tomatoes from Mexico following the termination of a suspension agreement. # 23-2109. Opened July 6.
