United States, accusing Zhe "John" Liu and AB MA Distribution Corp. of negligence for avoiding the payment of antidumping duties on steel wire hangers from China. #23-00116. Filed June 7.

Fedmet Resources Corp., challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the covered merchandise inquiry as part of the Enforce and Protect Act investigation on magnesia carbon bricks from China. #23-00117. Filed June 8.

Greentech Energy Solutions, Inc., challenging the Commerce Department's imposition of antidumping and countervailing duties on solar module imports from Vietnam despite there being no dumping, subsidy or injury findings on those imports. #23-00118. Filed June 9.

SW Technologies Inc. (formerly known as Shen Wei USA Inc.), challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its medical gloves of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 4015.19.1010, dutiable at 3%, should be classified under subheading 4015.19.0550, free of duty. #23-00119. Filed June 12.
