Printing Textiles, LLC, doing business as Berger Textiles, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its coated fabric imports were illegally subject to antidumping duties. #23-00062. Filed March 15.

Fraserview Remanufacturing Inc., challenging CBP's identification of certain entries as "deemed liquidated" despite the fact that liquidation of the entries was suspended by the Commerce Department under an antidumping duty review. #23-00063. Filed March 15.

JBF Bahrain W.L.L., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its PET film qualifies for duty-free treatment under the U.S.-Bahrain Free Trade Agreement. #23-00067. Filed March 16.

Neimenggu Fufeng Biotechnologies Co., Ltd.; Shandong Fufeng Fermentation Co., Ltd.; and Xinjiang Fufeng Biotechnologies Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the eighth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on xanthan gum from China, covering entries in 2020-21. #23-00068. Filed March 16.

Meihua Group International (Hong Kong) Limited and Xinjiang Meihua Amino Acid Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the eighth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on xanthan gum from China, covering entries in 2020-21. #23-00069. Filed March 16.
