KG Dongbu Steel Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from South Korea, covering entries in 2020. #23-00055. Filed March 8.
Printing Textiles, LLC, doing business as Berger Textiles, challenging CBP's inaction on protests concerning Canvas Banner Matisse coated fabric imports from China subject to a scope inquiry that the plaintiff believes are not under the scope of the relevant antidumping duty order. #23-00056. Meijer Distribution, Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming the agency improperly hit its hand soap entries of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 3401.30.50 with Section 301 tariffs. #23-00061. Filed March 11.
