UK Adds, Amends Listings to CAR, DRC and South Sudan Sanctions Lists

The U.K. Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation added one entry each to its Central African Republic and South Sudan sanctions regimes and amended one entry under its Democratic Republic of the Congo sanctions list, in a series of three notices.

Mahamat Salleh Adoum Kette, a local armed group leader with the Front Populaire pour la Renaissance de la Centrafrique, was added to the CAR sanctions list, subjecting him to an asset freeze and travel ban. South Sudan Major General James Nando was added to that nation's sanctions list. Under the DRC list, Bosco Taganda's entry was amended to change his address from the Hague to Belgium after he was transferred due to his sentence at the International Criminal Court.
