March 10, the bureau said. The bidders are the city of Ketchikan, Alaska, Evolve Cellular, Inland Cellular, Inland Montana, Pathfinder Wireless, Skyrider Communications and Xtreme Enterprises. T-Mobile was the dominant bidder in the $427.8 million auction (see 2209010060).
