Appeals of CIT Decisions
The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:
Ad Hoc Shrimp Trade Action Committee, challenging a December 2022 Court of International Trade decision upholding the Commerce Department's remand results dropping the agency's reliance on an Enforce and Protect Act case to reject third-country sales to calculate normal value in an antidumping duty case. #23-1469.
