The notice follows a Feb. 1 complaint by Club-Conex alleging Top Golf Equipment, Volf Sports and WoFuu (Shenzhen) Sports Goods are importing club adapters that infringe on one of Club-Conex's patents for a golf club head adaptor that can separately attach to club heads and shafts. The three respondents are all related entities controlled by the same founder, Club-Conex said.

Club-Conex in May filed a similar complaint solely against Top Golf Equipment for alleged infringement of two separate patents (see 2206240017). That investigation ended when Top Golf failed to respond and defaulted (see 2210250005), resulting in a limited exclusion order (ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1320). Club-Conex has asked the ITC for a permanent limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order barring entry of infringing products from the respondents in the new complaint.
