Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret and Borusan Mannesmann Pipe U.S., challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey, covering entries in 2020-2021. #23-00005.
