Receiving planning funds lets Massachusetts “continue to engage with communities impacted by the digital divide to boost the rollout of new digital equity and broadband infrastructure programs,” said outgoing Gov. Charlie Baker (R). All territories applied for planning awards, but NTIA hasn’t announced grants for Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
