AT&T and the CWA “are actively engaged in ongoing negotiations for the resolution of this matter,” said the motion. “Additional time is needed and warranted so that the parties may focus on achieving a settlement and have sufficient time to fully exhaust those settlement efforts, which would moot the need for any responsive pleading."
