The county said it needed additional time due to “delays related to project funding under New Jersey Purchasing laws,” the “diversion of funding and resources to support communications for Covid-19 testing and vaccinations” and “delays in leasing negotiations and site acquisition activities due to lack of funding and resources," the bureau said Friday.
