Life Bridge International, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming the entry value of its entry is erroneous. The plaintiff says the correct value for the entry is $86,450 and not $272,990. #22-00260. Filed Sept. 12.

Kohler Co., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its shower heads of Harmonized Tariff Schedule 3924.90.5650, dutiable at 3.4%, should be classified under subheading 8424.89.9000 or 8424.90.9000. #22-00261, -00262, -00263. Filed Sept. 13.

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its intelligent window shade machines of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 3925.30.1000 and 6303.92.2030 and secondary subheading 9903.88.15 should be classified under subheadings 8479.89.95 and/or 8479.90.95. #22-00264. The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Sept. 12-18:

Tau-Ken Temir LLP, JSC NMC Tau-Ken Samruk, Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, appealing a July CIT decision upholding the Commerce Department's final determination in the countervailing duty investigation on silicon metal from Kazakhstan. #22-2204. Opened Sept. 14.
