Magnum Magnetics Corporation, challenging the Commerce Department's final scope ruling on the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on raw flexible magnets from China. #22-00254. Filed Sept. 8.

PF America Inc., challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its vinyl flooring of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheading 3916.20.0091 and secondary subheading 9903.88.02 should be classified under HTS subheadings 3916.20.0020 and 9903.88.17. #22-00255. Filed Sept. 9.

J.D. Irving, Limited, challenging Commerce's antidumping duty cash deposit instructions to CBP following the publication of the final results of the 2020 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on softwood lumber from Canada. #22-00256. Filed Sept. 9.

Cleveland-Cliffs Inc., challenging the International Trade Commission's negative determination in the five-year reviews of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil. #22-00257. Filed Sept. 9.

Methanol Holdings (Trinidad) Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the antidumping duty investigation into urea ammonium nitrate solutions from Trinidad and Tobago. #22-00258. Filed Sept. 9.

Methanol Holdings (Trinidad) Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the countervailing duty investigation into urea ammonium nitrate solutions from Trinidad and Tobago. #22-00259. Filed Sept. 9.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Sept. 5-11:

Wheatland Tube Company, challenging an August Court of International Trade opinion that found that the Commerce Department properly excluded dual-stenciled pipe from the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand (see 2209020053). #2022-2181. Opened Sept. 7.
