Seneca Foods Corp., challenging tariffs, duties or fees set by the Commerce Department on its imports of tin-free steel and prime electrolytic tinplate from China, Japan, Turkey and Vietnam. #22-00239. Filed Aug. 17.

InterGlobal Forest, challenging CBP's determination under the Enforce and Protect Act that it evaded antidumping and countervailing duties on hardwood plywood from China. #22-00240. Filed Aug. 17.

JinkoSolar (U.S.) Inc. and Jinko Solar (U.S.) Industries Inc., challenging President Donald Trump's proclamation revoking an exemption from the Section 201 solar cell safeguard tariffs on bifacial solar panels. #22-00241. Filed Aug. 17.

Seneca Foods Corp., challenging tariffs, duties or fees set by the Commerce Department on its imports of tin-free steel and prime electrolytic tinplate from China, Japan, Turkey and Vietnam. #22-00243. Filed Aug. 19.

LE Commodities, LLC, challenging the Commerce Department's denial of its 14 requests for exclusions from Section 232 steel and aluminum tariffs. #22-00245. Filed Aug. 24.

Razor USA LLC, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its wheeled toys, self-balancing electronic scooters of Harmonized Tariff Schedule subheadings 8711.60.00 and 9903.88.02, should be classified under subheading 9503.00.00, free of Section 301 duties. #22-00246. Filed Aug. 25.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the weeks of Aug. 15-21 and 22-28:

PrimeSource Building Products, Cheng Ch International Co., Ltd., China Staple Enterprise Corp., De Fasteners Inc., Hoyi Plus Co., Ltd., Liang Chyuan Industrial Co., Ltd., Trim International Inc., UJL Industries Co., Ltd., Yu Chi Hardware Co., Ltd., and Zon Mon Co., Ltd., challenging a June Court of International Trade opinion upholding the rate calculated for non-individually investigated respondents in an antidumping duty administrative review on steel nails from Taiwan (see 2206170040). #2022-2128, -2129. Nucor Corporation, challenging a Court of International Trade ruling that the Commerce Department properly found that electricity was not provided below cost in South Korea, in an investigation on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from South Korea (see 2206130054). #2022-2130.
