MTD Consumer Group, challenging CBP's denial of its protest claiming its terrain vehicles liquidated by CBP under subheading 8704.31.0020 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the U.S. (25%) should instead be classified under subheading 8703.21.0150 (2.5%). #22-00233. Filed Aug. 5.

Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Aug. 1-7:

U.S. Steel Corp., challenging a May CIT decision sustaining the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on hot-rolled steel from Australia. #22-2078. Opened Aug. 1.

Rimco Inc., challenging a July CIT decision dismissing Rimco's challenge to CBP's assessment of countervailing and antidumping duties on steel wheels from China for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction. #22-2079. Opened Aug. 1.

Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and Gulf Coast Express Pipeline, LLC, challenging a July CIT decision dismissing a case seeking Section 232 steel and aluminum tariff exclusions. #22-2097. Opened Aug. 3.
